I wanted to create an object that would retain the essence of this abandoned village schoolhouse, before private renovations began to change it forever.

I wanted to capture the building's journey from being 'abandoned' by the local council, to it becoming a home to the new owner.

I printed and bound the booklet within a coloured school jotter, printing an illustration of the schoolhouse on the front cover.
